Key Responsibilities:
* Manage direct applications and leads;
* Handle the direct inbox;
* Communicate with prospective students on a daily basis;
* Submit weekly reports on applications and enrolment conversion aiming at monitoring recruitment performance;
Orient and advise applicants on visa/UKVI supporting documentation in line with HEP institutional requirements and policy;
Review, issue and monitor visas for suitable & eligible applicants in a timely manner and in line with the latest UKVI CAS policy;
Support Student Recruitment Manager with direct recruitment related tasks and weekly reports preparation;
Manage orientation requests via email, video call or in person;
Support Admissions inbox management;
Participate in open days, fairs and presentations to Schools;
Collaborate closely with Programme Leaders during the admission process;
Keep all platforms used up-to-date;
Achieve set targets and objectives;
Support agents and strategic partners with applications.
Education and Desirable Skills
Bachelor Degree required;
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the higher education industry;
Proficiency in creating reports and database management;
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft package and Mac system;
Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Knowledge of Italian or Mandarin is a plus;
Personal skills: ability to work under pressure, flexibility to travel, teamwork skills, commercial approach, organisation and attention to details;
Experience in working with targets and objectives.
