About the Role
As Head of Provider Services, you will lead a diverse range of highquality, personcentred services that support residents to live independently, safely and with dignity. This senior leadership role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of care in Trafford by driving innovation, strengthening quality and ensuring services remain responsive to changing needs. You will oversee a portfolio of CQCregulated and communitybased services, as well as the Adaptations Team, ensuring residents receive timely, effective support in their own homes. Working with dedicated teams, you will champion highquality, personcentred support that improves lives every day, helping to deliver Trafford’s ambition for outstanding, inclusive and forwardthinking services.
About You
You will bring substantial leadership experience within social care, health or regulated services, with the confidence to set a clear vision, manage complex operations and maintain consistently high standards. You understand safeguarding, quality assurance and personcentred practice, and you use data, insight and professional judgement to shape effective, evidencebased services. You are skilled at leading teams through change, building a positive culture and supporting managers to grow and perform at their best. You work collaboratively with partners, communicate clearly and build strong relationships with residents, carers and colleagues. You will rolemodel our EPIC values, champion inclusion and are committed to improving outcomes and promoting independence across the borough, ensuring Trafford’s services continue to evolve and excel.
