Junior Account Manager - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this varied role, you’ll support the day-to-day management of key accounts, help deliver reports and insights, and play a vital part in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. You’ll also attend meetings and events, representing our business with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What you’ll do:
Support the delivery of excellent client service across your account portfolio
Help prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates
Coordinate meetings and follow up on actions and client queries
Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting contract extensions
Represent the company at regional industry events and client visits
What you’ll need to succeed:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in a client-facing, account management, or coordination role
Confidence working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, CRM systems)
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
