Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

* Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus bonus up to £6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity
* Location: Northampton
* The Children's Registered Manager will support staff, promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.

* Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential)
* Previous experience as Deputy Manager or Children's Registered Manager (Essential)
* Experience supporting children within an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential)
