We're recruiting Production Machine Operatives to join a leading manufacturing business in Gilberdyke. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with career progression. Key Responsibilities Measure, grade, and feed batches of raw materials into production machinery. Operate production line equipment and palletising robot. Hand-stack pallets when required (occasional handling of bags weighing 12.5kg-20kg). Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks. Accurately sample produced batches. Liaise with Goods In/Out to store finished goods and raw materials. Report breakdowns to the Site Engineer and assist with planned maintenance (PPM). Complete documentation accurately. Identify correct packaging and labels for products. Print and apply labels in compliance with QC standards. Empty and maintain extractor systems. Perform general housekeeping duties. Conduct scale and weight checks. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures. Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager.
