We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major water treatment upgrade project in Oxford. This is a key role overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across civil, mechanical, and process elements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead site operations across a live water treatment facility.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to meet programme targets.
*
Ensure all work is carried out in line with H&S regulations, RAMS, and site procedures.
*
Manage quality assurance, documentation, and reporting to the Project Manager.
*
Oversee progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
*
Liaise with the client, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
*
Maintain accurate site records, ITPs, permits, and daily logs.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Engineer on water / wastewater / infrastructure projects.
*
Strong understanding of civil engineering works, MEICA interfaces, and temporary works.
*
Excellent knowledge of CDM, H&S legislation, and QA processes.
*
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid (or equivalent).
*
Ability to drive productivity and maintain high standards on site.
*
Strong communication and leadership skills.
