One of our key clients in the heart of Manchester, is looking to add to their finance team with an experienced Finance Assistant. A great opportunity to join a business, where they take pride in encouraging professional development for all staff. This is also a hybrid role with 2 days working from home, 35 hours per week.
The main duties and responsibilities will be the following:
* Maintain statements and reports and provide daily updates; process payments; manage payroll amendments, deductions and queries; prepare and process invoices in SAGE; review Bacs reports and issue to the relevant departments; send through daily and monthly reports as required for the CFO and other relevant departments.
The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions accurately; be effective with communication skills - both verbal and written; can work on their own or as part of a team; strong experience with excel spreadsheets; good understanding of Pivot tables, VLOOK up and SAGE 200.
