Children’s Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Children’s Services data and performance management functions, ensuring alignment with corporate and business strategies.
* Oversee the use of data systems to organize, store, and analyse data.
* Manage the provision and coordination of high-quality planning and performance information.
* Drive continuous improvement through research and analysis to inform service planning and delivery.
* Provide challenge and support for statutory returns and inspections, including post-inspection action plans.
What We’re Looking For:
* Significant experience in a data-driven environment, using data to influence decision-making and organizational change.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
