Description
To undertake joinery pre-planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs and new works on equipment and carry out minor new installations at Hampden Park.
Key Responsibilities
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing timber fixtures and fittings including ceilings.
* Fitting and repairing various timber-based products including shelving, kitchen cupboards, stud walls and structures.
* Inspecting and testing fire doors and turnstile systems for safety, functionality, and compliance.
* Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
* Responding to call outs.
* Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
* Monitor sub-contractor work to ensure they follow all the required health and safety procedures at Hampden Park.
* Reporting of problems and summary of actions taken – CAFM Systems
* Reading and interpreting design drawings.
* Support the planning and execution of major events within the Hampden Estate
* Match day / event day checks and repairs.
* Any other reasonable task commensurate with the role and as directed by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager
