A Cold Chain Logistics Operative plays a key role in ensuring that temperature-sensitive goods—such as pharmaceuticals, food products, and chemicals—are stored, handled, and transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions.
How you create impact
- Handling time critical consignments.
- Preparing Temperature controlled alternatives to clients.
- Accurate and timely data recording.
- Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
- Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups.
- Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
- Data entry of key milestone information.
- Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Undertake reasonable duties / responsibilities or tasks.
- Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions
What we would like you to bring
- Warehouse working experience.
- Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
- Forklift license. (preferable not essential )
- Confidence to work independently and remotely.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and prioritize current and forward workload.
- Confidence working within a pressurized environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
