WA IT is central to the University's academic and research mission. The Cyber Security & Technology Risk team enables a secure and digitally agile environment by embedding a culture of proactive risk management, compliance, and awareness across the University.
About the opportunity
* Lead the development of a university-wide cyber culture engagement strategy and roadmap.
* Deliver targeted awareness initiatives, training, and phishing simulations aligned to staff roles and risk profiles.
* Develop behavioural risk indicators, performance metrics, and dashboards to track engagement and impact.
About you
* Communicates complex cyber security concepts in a clear, relatable way to diverse audiences.
* Has a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to drive lasting cultural change.
