Transport Planner
to support growing project demand across the Midlands and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering transport planning solutions for both public and private sector developments — from residential masterplans and retail schemes to major highways infrastructure. The Role As a Transport Planner, you’ll: Prepare
Transport Assessments, Statements, and
Travel Plans Contribute to
junction modelling
using tools like
Junctions 9, LinSig, or VISSIM Analyse transport data and traffic flows using
TRICS, TEMPro, and GIS tools Support the
design and appraisal of transport infrastructure
for development sites Liaise with
local authorities, clients, and design teams Provide input at various stages from
feasibility to planning submission About You We're looking for candidates with: A degree in
Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline Solid understanding of
transport policy
(NPPF, Manual for Streets, LTN 1/20) Proficiency in
AutoCAD ,
TRICS ,
LinSig, or other relevant software Strong
report writing
and communication skills Experience with
development planning
