Your New Role: Junior Video Editor
Are you a creative storyteller who’s confident behind the camera and sharp in the edit suite? As a Junior Video Editor in the Talent & Culture team, you’ll be creating exciting, high‑energy short‑form content that showcases our people’s work, from World‑class events to internal “only at global” moments. Your responsibilities include shooting and editing content that brings our culture to the big screen.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Design Specialist to create bespoke content that connects our people with our leaders, our DE&I agenda, and our purpose. From concept to final cut, bring fresh ideas to our communications and company‑wide meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Video Editing (60%): Edit sharp, engaging short‑form content in 16:9 for internal comms campaigns, keeping existing content fresh and adding motion graphics.
* Shooting (40%): Capture footage with teams across the business, including senior leaders, delivering polished, professional video that reflects the standards of a leading media company.

What You’ll Need
* Short‑form video editing expertise: a real flair for creating viral, engaging content.
* Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency (must) and After Effects/Photoshop experience (advantage).
* Camera operating skills: filming techniques, experience with Sony FS7 & A7 range, setting up interview shoots and capturing b‑roll.
* Attention to detail: accuracy in lower thirds, captions, accessibility, and overall polish.
* Brand insight: understanding brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure each edit feels authentic.
* Flexibility & positivity: collaborate with stakeholders, remain open‑minded, adaptable, and upbeat.
