We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Maintenance Coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members and ensure the smooth running of the facilities while upholding high standards of building upkeep.
* Resolve home maintenance concerns promptly with working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, equipment repairs, and interior/exterior finishes) and related regulatory requirements.
* Engage with approved contractors as required and source alternative suppliers as needed.
* Cover emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems within the building.
* Where applicable, supervise the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision, objective setting and annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management, and holiday authorisation.

* Possess a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Possess an understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
* Have the ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in a resident’s best interest.
