The role is crucial to the successful running of the day-to-day Security operations at the site. As a Duty Shift Manager, the role demands a high level of man management, operational knowledge and customer services liaison to deliver an effective and efficient physical security provision. To ensure the smooth and effective day to day running of site-based security team. To keep the Property Management Team and the Security Manager informed of incidents and accidents, and to ensure that agreed levels of service and contractual requirements are achieved to the highest standards.The Duty Security Manager should also ensure the smooth and effective day to day running of security operations at all posts (Security Control Room, Loading Bay/Post Room, Front of House and Physical Patrols) including a very high level of knowledge of each emergency procedures, Access Control and CCTV Systems and Fire Alarm Systems.
