The job role
* Provide immediate medical assistance and critical care to patients in emergency situations
* Assess and prioritise patients based on the severity of their condition
* Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and assist with wound care
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, paramedics, and technicians
* Monitor vital signs and patient responses, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
* Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional support and explaining treatment options
* Document patient information and treatment processes
* Maintain a calm and composed demeanour while working in high-stress situations
