Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Press Brake Operator to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Machine Shop team.

Position: Press Brake Operator
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
What you will do
You will play a pivotal role within the Machine Shop Team, working as a press brake operator helping to create equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Operating the press brake machine to bend and shape metal to specification
2. Inspecting fresh sheet metal for any imperfections or quality issues
3. Monitor metal quality as its being shaped
4. Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line
5. Adhering to strict quality targets
6. Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
7. To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations
What you will bring
8. Previous experience in the use of hand plasma, CNC machinery and stud welding
9. Use of CNC plasma desirable
10. Communication skills
11. Have a proactive approach to problem solving
12. Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
13. Ability to read and understand technical drawings
14. Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
15. Ability to use on initiative and work with minimal supervision
