Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM/Time Consultant who has gained expertise from working through multiple project lifecycles and in live support environments. A strong technical background in HCM knowledge (specifically in Personnel Administration, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and CATS) is essential, along with broader technical awareness in areas such as Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be delivering high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders. Responsibilities:
* In this critical consultative and configuration role, you will be responsible for building the SAP HCM/Time and Time Evaluation solutions for one of our flagship accounts. You will work in a multi-supplier environment to deliver projects on time and configure SAP for HCM solutions—OM, PA, Time, and Time Evaluation—according to industry best practices. Leading design workshops and preparing quality documentation artifacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc., will be part of your duties. You will support and liaise closely with corresponding functional teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and meet delivery obligations. Additionally, you will mentor and support the development of your team while maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
