Job Title: Cover Supervisor

GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Boston. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain hands-on classroom experience without planning or marking responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of the teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support students with their learning and keep them engaged.
* Maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
* Supervise students during independent or group tasks.
* Follow the school’s safeguarding and reporting procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work).
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Confidence in leading a classroom independently.
* A positive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
