Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in the Bridge of Weir to hire a Finance Administrator on a 1 year FTC.
The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and bank reconciliations.
Duties include:
* Payment processing
* Matching, batching, coding invoices
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Bank reconciliation
* Arranging weekly banking
* Data entry into data base
* Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable queries
* Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
Interviews will be held next week.
