We are looking for a 4 session GP (days to be negotiated but Wednesday and Thursday preferred) starting in September 2026 to cover maternity leave for our GP retainer. Muirhouse Medical Group is a friendly and thriving practice with over 20,500 patients, 9 partners and 11 salaried GPs in the north of Edinburgh. We are involved in GP and Foundation training and teaching medical students. Family friendly ethos - GPs generally start at 9am and leave before 6pm each day Regular educational meetings Monthly practice social events are organised by our Social Committee Amongst the staff of over 60 people are Physiotherapists, ANPs, Mental Health Nurses, a team of Practice Nurses, a team of pharmacy staff, Counsellors and a large number of administrative and support staff.
