Sales Manager, Nottingham, A GBP 40,000 + Bonus
My client is a large scale events venue in Nottingham who are looking for a Superstar Sales Manager to head up the team. As the Sales Manager youll drive the conference and events sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and lead an onsite sales team to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities :
* Proactively generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline
* Develop and execute strategies to exceed budgeted revenue targets
* Lead and support the sales team, fostering a high:performance culture
* Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to post:event feedback
* Work collaboratively with wider teams to identify growth opportunities

* Strong commercial acumen and target:driven mindset
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship:building skills
* Experienced in leading and motivating sales teams
