What you'll be doing:
* First-Point Contact:Handle customer queries and defect reports, ensuring timely responses.
* Problem Solver:Liaise with contractors, technicians, and engineers to coordinate repairs and resolutions.
* Diary & Scheduling Master:Organise appointments for maintenance teams and subcontractors.
* Communication Pro:Provide follow-up correspondence to keep customers informed every step of the way.
* Keep Us on Track:Maintain records, update databases, and produce reports as required.
* Support the Customer Journey:Assist in home demonstrations and customer care surveys.
* Be the Backbone of the Team:Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager.
What you'll need:

* Experience in face-to-face customer service in the housebuildingindustry
Essential:
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay organised
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
* Experience in face-to-face customer service
