This role will support the Supply Chain Manager as point of contact and strategic partner for our key supply account, Ocado, ensuring seamless integration of their services and technologies into delivering the best outcome for Dordon serviced customers. This role is responsible for optimising the end-to-end flow of our products through the Ocado ecosystem, fostering a collaborative relationship, and driving continuous improvement to achieve our supply chain objectives related to this critical online retail channel.
You'll be responsible for: Support the setting of ambitious KPI targets with Ocado.
Develop collaborative action plans to achieve KPIs working with the Supply Account manager to achieve them with Ocado.
Regularly monitor and report on Ocado's KPI performance.
Support on performance review meetings, driving accountability..
Implement the Supply Account teams framework to hold Ocado responsible for plan delivery.
Review and adjust plans based on performance and needs.
Support the account manager in building the insight to allow formal Ocado performance evaluations.
Drive continuous improvement beyond initial targets both internally in Morrisons and externally in Ocado.

We are also looking for the following: Previous experience of working with colleagues from all levels of the business, and excellent stakeholder management ability
Experienced in working at an advanced level in applications such as excel and Google
The ability to demonstrate competence at delivering high standards in a time pressured environment
The ability to well within a team as well as individually
Experience in forecasting, data management and interpreting trends
