We are currently recruiting for an ongoing contract role based in Tullos, working within a busy mill environment. This position would suit a reliable and hardworking individual who is mechanically minded and comfortable carrying out a range of operational and labouring duties. Working Hours / Shift Pattern Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm /10:00am – 2:00pm Weekend work aviaiable at their quayside. Key Responsibilities • Operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently • Working within the mill environment supporting daily operations • General labouring and housekeeping duties • Assisting with loading and movement of materials • Carrying out basic maintenance checks and reporting faults • Supporting production teams where required • Following all site health & safety procedures Desired Qualities/Qualifications • Previous experience operating a loading shovel preferred • Valid loading shovel ticket/certification advantageous • Mechanically minded with practical problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in an industrial/mill environment • Reliable with a strong work ethic • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Flexible approach to duties and shift patterns Additional Information • Immediate start available • Ongoing long-term contract opportunity • Full PPE required • Training provided where necessary...
