Your hours of work; Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 4:00PM (3PM finish on a Friday) Pay Rate £12.21 per hour Job Responsibilities; Date Entry Answer and re-direct calls Monitor MS mails incoming Greeting customers in the reception area Weigh Vehicles in and out Required Skilled/Abilities; Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Good Organisational Skills and attention to detail Excellent Time Management skills and Proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritise tasks Ability to function well in a high-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Comfortable handling confidential information Education and Experience; At least three years of administration and clerical experience required If you feel you would be a suitable candidate, please submit your CV.
