Work that matters – What you'll do
* Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
* Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
* Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
* Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
* Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
* Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
* Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes
* Experience designing and engaging, scalable people solutions
* Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
* Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams

Additional Information
Benefits package includes:
* Hybrid working - 40% office based (approximately 2 days)
* Great compensation package and discretionary bonus

* 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days. You can purchase additional annual leave.
