Do you want a career where every day you can make a real difference in a child's life? At Homes for Support, we're recruiting Children's Support Workers to join our team across Crewe, supporting children aged 7–17 years in our 6-bed home and brand-new 2-bed sister home.
We provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic homes where children can heal, grow, and thrive. Our practice is rooted in PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and Therapeutic Parenting, with a Senior Registered Manager leading the team, qualified to Level 5 and trained in "How to Build a Therapeutic Environment."
Why You'll Love This Role
