Role Overview: Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 year of estate agency experience who is looking to develop their career within a highly respected independent agency. Key Responsibilities: Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Generating new business opportunities and valuations Managing applicant databases and maintaining regular contact with clients Progressing sales through to completion Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day operations Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and solicitors Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year’s experience within Estate Agency Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional and personable approach Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence and own car required Ambitious and career-driven attitude Keen interest in progressing within the property industry Package and Benefits: Salary £26,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm 33 days annual leave including bank holidays Additional day off for your birthday Private healthcare Excellent career progression opportunities & o ngoing professional development and training Supportive and collaborative working environment
