Controlling inventory and ensuring material readiness. Performing hands-on manufacturing tasks and equipment operations. Maintaining impeccable quality through SOP adherence and process checks Driving proactive process improvements.Who We're Looking For Education: GCSE level or equivalent. A relevant degree is highly preferred. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is essential. Technical Skills: Proven digital literacy (including MS Excel), strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic mathematical concepts and units of measurement.
