Cover People are seeking confident and capable Year 7 Tutors in both English and Maths to support students working below age-related expectations in the Heaton Chapel / Stockport area. These roles are ideal for subject specialists with strong intervention and SEND experience, focused on accelerating progress and building core skills in a supportive secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated tuition to Year 7 students
* Implement effective intervention strategies to support progress
* Track and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND teams
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
Essential Criteria
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching KS2 and KS3 English or Maths (role dependent)
* Knowledge of KS2 KS3 transition and intervention strategies
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Right to work in the UK
