Eligibility Preferred to be Pega CLSA Certified. Must have extensive experience inIT and good Pega experience. Preferred if certified on any non-generic Pega certification (e.g., CRSA, PCDC). Should have played Pega LSA role previously. Job Description Requirement Gathering and Analysis: o Analyse functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements keeping the Pega OOTB features o Provide inputs on technical feasibility of requirements Design: o Should be able create class structure. o Should be able understand high level architectural aspects of non-Pega technologies in Pega ecosystem. o Must have basic DB knowledge. o Must know about AES/ PDC and other non-functional aspects of a Pega project. o Understands Design patterns in Pega. o Should have ability to prepare high level and low level design keeping in mind the customer NFRs and constraints. o Should have Ability to Guide team in preparation of technical specification document and review the same. o Understand and ensure Guardrail compliance in the project. o Good to have knowledge and experience on at least one Pega Industry framework. Coding and Code Review : o Ability to perform hands on coding and guide team in coding as per agreed design o Knowledge around complex Integrations o Have good knowledge on REST/SOAP integrations o Knowledge around conducting code review and the elements to check during code review General : o Guide relevant stakeholders (clients/ internal teams) throughout during the execution of client projects and enterprise assets development WITH the objective of standardizing the overall solution architecture from a technology / infrastructure perspective within the limits of the EAS processes, standards and guidelines. o Ensures that the architecture leverages Pega's out-of-the-box functionality to the maximum extent o Understands Design patterns o Help create a scalable architecture capable of accommodating future requirements. o Coordinate between Business, QA and development team for defects triaging Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
