About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Account Director with a strong grounding in SEO to lead relationships across a portfolio of high-profile clients. You’ll oversee multi-channel strategies spanning Search, Shopping, and Display, ensuring performance excellence and seamless client delivery.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, driving growth, and shaping best-in-class digital strategies.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the strategic lead for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery across SEO, Search, Shopping & Display
* Oversee campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
* Collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver integrated media solutions
* Lead client presentations, QBRs, and growth roadmaps
* Mentor and support Account Managers and Executives to develop their skillsets
* Spot opportunities for account expansion and long-term growth
About You
* 5+ years in a digital agency environment, with SEO expertise essential
* Strong understanding of paid channels (Search, Shopping & Display)
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
* Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Passionate about driving client success and building high-performing teams
