About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover an internal secondment with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for our Customer Services division, focusing on technical and hard-to-fill roles. This includes conducting in-depth role briefing meetings with managers, creating engaging job advertisements, proactively sourcing candidates, and guiding offer negotiations, all following our best practice recruitment processes.
A key focus will be championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices at every stage. Collaboration with HR colleagues will be essential to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and business objectives.
You’ll ensure every candidate has a positive experience, reinforcing our reputation as an employer of choice.
This role is based at our Tiddington Head Office, near Stratford-Upon-Avon. We support work-life balance by offering facilities for in-office work and the flexibility to work up to 80% from home.
About you
We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments and builds strong relationships at all levels.
You should be a team player, able to support and collaborate with colleagues. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and effective recruitment strategies are essential.
Your ability to make data-informed decisions will be critical. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage candidates effectively are also important.
What we’re looking for:
• Significant experience in a TA role, from in-house or RPO, within financial services
• Proven experience recruiting hard-to-fill, niche roles
• Full 360 recruitment cycle management
• Understanding of recruitment challenges and market trends
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and pipelines
