Location: Southwest / Midlands

The Role: As Customer Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the Southwest and Midlands, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You’ll engage with senior school stakeholders—including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers—to retain contracts, secure renewals, and successfully win multi-year tenders.
Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. A key part of the role involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic decisions.
This is an autonomous position, supported by a collaborative team, perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.
Key requirements
* 2+ years in an Account Manager role
* Proven ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients.
* Professionally dressed, strong presentation skills and confidence in tender processes.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southwest and Midlands.
The Package
* £45,000-£50,000/ annum salary
