As Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll take ownership of the organisation's revenue strategy, driving market expansion and building a high‑performing sales and marketing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role perfectly suited to someone who thrives in growth environments and can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a high-impact sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
* Build strong relationships with distributors
* Lead major bids, negotiations and commercial partnerships
* Work cross-functionally with Product and Operations to drive successful product launches
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
* Proven senior sales leadership experience within medical diagnostics, medical devices or life sciences
* Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and leading teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach
