The Role:
The Director of Engineering will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
* Manage and lead the engineering team.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
* Oversee capital projects and renovations.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
The candidate:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at Chief or Assistant Director level.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
* Experience in luxury hotel environments.
A salary of up to £90,000 plus incentives/benefits package offered depending on experience.
