The Role We are looking for a motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. You will support students with SEMH needs in the classroom, implement behaviour management strategies, and encourage positive engagement in learning. You will also be responsible for transporting students safely to enrichment trips and off-site activities, supporting their wider learning and personal development.
