Eastdil Secured is seeking a Vice President (DOE) to join our European Data Centre team in our London office.
This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding European platform with significant runway for professional growth, direct exposure to senior decision-makers, and meaningful responsibility across high-profile transactions. Prior data centre experience is not required; however, candidates should demonstrate strong interest in digital infrastructure and the ability to quickly develop deep sector expertise.
The successful candidate will play an active role across high-profile transactions in one of the most dynamic and capital-intensive sectors globally, with exposure to sophisticated investors, operators, and strategic counterparties across digital infrastructure. The role involves sophisticated financial analysis and modelling, transaction structuring, and execution across equity, financing, and corporate finance assignments. Responsibilities include overseeing underwriting and transaction execution, while providing mentorship and development to junior team members. Our VPs play a central role in transaction execution, client engagement, strategic advisory discussions, and business development initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of our Global Data Centre business.
Essential Functions
* Day-to-day execution of complex transaction processes, including underwriting, due diligence, financial analysis, marketing, and client coordination
* Management of comprehensive valuation and transaction structure analyses with support from junior team members
* Independent production of pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
* Collaboration with senior team members in identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business initiatives
* Develop relationships outside the firm with comparable peer groups
* Support senior team members in client coverage, strategic advisory initiatives, and business development efforts across the digital infrastructure sector
Education and Qualifications
* 5+ years of institutional real estate, infrastructure, investment banking, or other relevant financial services experience
* Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for business, real estate, finance and accounting concentrations

* Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real assets and digital infrastructure
* Advanced Excel-based financial modelling skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of real asset transactions with advanced underwriting techniques and deep understanding of equity and debt capitalisation structures
* Ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities within the context of evolving macroeconomic, capital markets, technology, and infrastructure trends
* Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team setting
