We are recruiting a Personal Support Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support within the Chief Exec - Customers, Governance & Employees group. This temporary role covers a vacancy and ensures continuity of service across the team.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative and clerical support.
* Assist with correspondence, document preparation and record keeping.
* Support diary management, meeting arrangements and general office duties.
* Handle enquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
* Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the office by supporting colleagues as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration or clerical support roles.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
