As a key Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering customer excellence. You will be responsible for managing a range of customer-facing, analytical, and administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the commercial function. Your work will directly contribute to the successful execution of account strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, seamless order fulfilment, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Assume a lead role in customer relationships, ensuring service level is maintained and supply chain guidelines are followed as per customer requirements. Create forecasts, sales and marketing plans for customer key accounts and produce 3-year sales plans as required, ensuring budgeted sales are delivered Responsible for implementing price changes, working closely with finance to action any invoicing queries. Liaise with customer supply chain teams, ensuring up-to-date sales forecasting and forecast tool accuracy Conduct regular retail price tracking and wider marketplace analysis Manage end to end promotional activity, liaising internally and with customers to ensure a joined-up approach to planning. Extract and manipulate sales data using tools like Power BI and Excel Support new product development and customer line setups Coordinate customer visits and prepare content for periodic reviews (scorecards, business plans, action logs) What we are looking for: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Effective communicator – both written and verbal Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, flexible mindset Ability to build strong internal and external relationships Analytical thinker with good time management and organisational skills Good negotiation skills Experience in the commercial, agricultural, or FMCG sectors is advantageous, but not essential – we value drive, attitude, and the ability to learn What we offer: 31 Days holiday per year including bank holidays.
