The role: You will focus on HR transformation, operating model design, and organisational development, you will help build an agile, efficient, and people-centric organisation. The main responsibilities: Drive end-to-end HR transformation projects, from initial assessment through to delivery and embedding change. Reimagine HR operating structures and processes to improve service delivery and overall efficiency. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape organisational design and implement strategic change plans. Lead culture-building activities, engagement strategies, and leadership alignment workshops. Monitor results, measure success, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement across all people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate: Strong track record of delivering transformational change within Professional or Financial Services. Hands-on experience in HR transformation programmes, or organisational design. Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain buy-in. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-led approach. Commercially minded with the ability to turn business priorities into actionable solutions.
