Are You Ready?
We are seeking a Senior Spa Therapist who will act as a vital link between management and therapists, ensuring world-class guest care while handling hands‑on treatments.
Your New Routine
* Hands‑on Therapy: Deliver exceptional, guest‑centred treatments—from massages to body scrubs and facials—in a luxurious, historic setting.
* Operational Support: Assist the Duty Manager with the smooth running of spa treatments, including tracking stock levels and coordinating orders.
* Mentoring & Training: Help shape the team by supporting the induction of new staff and sharing your expertise during training.
* Shift Leadership: Take on keyholder responsibilities during designated shifts, ensuring the smooth, safe operation of the facility and excellent customer care.

Requirements
* A fully qualified therapist with an industry‑recognised qualification (ITEC, BTEC, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a spa or luxury retail environment, with a genuine passion for putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
* An engaging, positive "can‑do" attitude and a desire to motivate and support a team.
* Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
