Pay: £90 - £100 a day
We are working alongside a dynamic and inspiring secondary school in North Cornwall. The school offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. You will have a vital and proactive role in supporting the educational, social, emotional, communication, and physical development of learners with Special Educational Needs.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join the team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with passionate teachers, helping to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers, and unlocking each learner's potential. You will actively participate in organizing class activities, lead engaging small group and 1:1 sessions, and help create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued, and achieve beyond expectations.
The ideal candidate will have the appropriate qualifications. Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable, but transferable experience from roles such as working in care is also valued. A desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children, along with an understanding and commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children, is essential.
