ERP Support Analyst - SAGE X3
Remote (occasional travel to Cardiff)
Day Rate - £300 a day
Are you an experienced Sage X3 professional looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking a Sage X3 ERP Analyst to support and maintain a busy ERP environment, working closely with users to resolve issues, improve system performance, and support ongoing ERP activity.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Sage X3 experience who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across ERP-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You’ll provide day-to-day support for Sage X3, managing incidents, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with ongoing improvements and upgrades.
You’ll also work closely with users and third-party providers to ensure the ERP system continues to operate effectively and support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide functional and technical support for Sage X3
* Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and manage support requests
* Investigate recurring system problems and support root cause analysis
* Support ERP upgrades, changes, and improvement initiatives
* Liaise with third-party support providers where required
* Maintain ERP documentation and support materials
* Assist users with system queries and training
* Ensure timely resolution of ERP support issues
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience supporting Sage X3 ERP systems
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience working within ERP support or application support environments
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
Desirable Experience
* SQL or database exposure
* Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades
* Knowledge of reporting or integrations
* ITIL or service management exposure
