Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the corporate tax team, setting high standards of technical excellence and client delivery
* Managing a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients across a range of sectors and structures
* Advising on transactions, restructuring, group tax planning, and other high level corporate tax matters
* Overseeing the preparation and review of corporate tax computations and returns
* Identifying and developing business development opportunities, contributing to the growth of the firm
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted, long term advisory relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior and senior tax staff, driving team development and performance
Requirements
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post qualification experience in corporate tax
* At least eight years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Currently operating at Senior Manager level and looking for a step up, or already established at Director level
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of corporate tax disciplines
* Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships at a senior level
* Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills
* A commercially minded approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth
