Tourist Boards Partnerships Manager
This role sits within our Tourist Board team, managing relationships with tourist boards and destination partners across our markets. Your focus is building strong, productive partnerships that generate marketing contributions and commercial opportunities for easyJet holidays.
Responsibilities
* Managing relationships with tourist board partners, understanding their tourism strategies and building cooperation that supports our long‑term growth
* Driving existing and incremental marketing contributions and identifying new commercial opportunities
* Planning and executing partner income streams including contributions, incentives and co‑marketing initiatives
* Working with the Marketing and Implementation teams to explore and develop media opportunities across easyJet holidays channels
* Negotiating with partners to secure commitments and maximise the value of every relationship
* Representing easyJet holidays at meetings, trade fairs and industry events in our markets and destinations
* Communicating across teams internally to make sure commercial opportunities are identified and followed through
Qualifications
* A track record of building strong relationships and delivering against ambitious commercial targets
* Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to engage proactively with partners at all levels
* The ability to spot opportunities, generate fresh ideas and translate them into action
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
* Knowledge of tourist board processes and how to navigate a complex, fast‑moving environment
* An eye on the market, keeping up with competitor activity and industry trends comes naturally to you
* Fluency in Spanish and/or French is desirable

Working Conditions
The role is full‑time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
