Facilities Administrator Location: Belfast Salary: £12.50 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Contract: Interim An established and well-known Belfast organisation is seeking a Facilities Administrator to join its busy site-wide facilities team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams. The Role Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the facilities function. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors, maintaining accurate records and supporting service delivery across the site. Key responsibilities will include: Updating contractor and in-house documentation on internal systems Producing weekly reports on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Scheduling monthly PPM activities and ensuring required documentation and site access is in place Raising and issuing purchase orders to suppliers Supporting and maintaining the CAFM system with regular updates Compiling contractor and engineer reports Setting up new supplier accounts Ensuring service level agreements, contracts and insurances are current Providing general administrative support including filing, reporting and stock ordering Essential Criteria Minimum of 2 years' experience within an administrative role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Experience raising purchase orders Experience collating reports from database systems Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible approach to supporting a busy department For more information, please contact Ethan Boylan today.
