R13 has partnered with a market-leading firm to find an experienced Sales Executive for their housing site in Holt. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase expertise in selling new homes, maximizing revenue, and working within budget and time constraints.
Key Details:
* Type: Permanent
* Location: Holt
* Hours: 37.5 per week, Thursday to Monday (9:30am - 5:00pm)
* Salary: Competitive with travel allowance
Responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming sales enquiries and converting them into interest
* Managing the sales pipeline through to completion
* Identifying and managing sales opportunities, maintaining CRM
* Achieving sales targets
* Conducting home demonstrations as needed
* Collaborating with site colleagues and project members
* Preparing reports and attending meetings
* Maintaining sales area presentation
* Monitoring product and design quality, recommending improvements
Requirements:
* Experience in new homes sales and understanding of the house-purchase process
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Knowledge of sales and conveyancing processes
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple demands
