I am currently working with a leading drinks manufacturer, home to some of the UK’s most exciting and innovative drinks brands on the hunt for a National Account Manager looking after key customers across Unitas, SPAR, and the Discounters channel.
If you manage customers in the Wholesale/Convenience channel this is your stage.
This National Account Manager role is a high-impact, growth-focused opportunity to build something special within the Convenience and Discounters channel. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding a market-leading drinks portfolio across symbol groups, wholesale partners, and value retail customers.
* Grow and manage key accounts across Unitas, SPAR, and Discounters.
* Win new business and open up fresh routes to market.
* Build channel strategies that drive sustainable volume, profit, and distribution growth.
* Lead joint business plans, shape pricing and promotional strategies, and make data-led decisions.
* Champion collaboration with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to bring brands to life in-store and across retail activations.
* Play a leading role in the wider commercial strategy while helping drive long-term customer partnerships.

Who Are You?
* We’re looking for someone who knows and is known in the Convenience, Wholesale and Discounters world.
* You’ve built genuine relationships across Symbol Groups, Wholesale Partners and Retail Accounts and you understand how to make things happen across complex routes to market.
* Proven Convenience or Wholesale (within FMCG )
* Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship skills
* The ability to blend strategy with execution — you make things happen
* A collaborative, can-do mindset and a passion for the drinks industry
